Provide the filled bottle, jar, tube or other container dimensions, including caps, pumps and protruding parts. Tell us whether products will be packed individually or as a set. This page concerns outer packaging; compatibility between the cosmetic formula and its primary container requires a separate assessment.
Choose the carton and product support
Discuss closure style, orientation and internal support around the actual container. Tall bottles, glass jars and multiple-item sets present different handling questions. A carton should be reviewed with the packed item, including removal and any secondary shipping protection.
Keep artwork space and decoration practical
Share the amount of product information, barcode placement and desired decorative effects before finalizing the layout. The dieline establishes panels and folds; artwork must be checked at actual size. Metallic effects and textured papers should be sampled if legibility or color matching is important.
Separate packaging development from regulatory approval
The brand should provide approved product wording and any market-specific labeling requirements. Formwise can coordinate packaging discussions, but the carton design should not be taken as confirmation of product compliance. Reserve time to review final artwork, product fit and the agreed sample scope before approving an order.

This service focuses on custom packaging sourcing and coordination. Formula supply and regulatory certification are not represented as part of the outer-carton service.
Can you develop a gift set for different containers?
Share every container dimension and the desired arrangement. Insert fit, product weight and the way the set opens should be reviewed together.
Can you add a barcode or required wording?
Artwork can include buyer-supplied content. The brand needs to approve accuracy and market requirements before production artwork is signed off.
What should I send for a quotation?
Provide container dimensions, quantity per design, carton or gift-set format, printing and finish references, destination and any launch constraints.
